Introduction and Eligibility
Welcome to the 365ace platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 365ace website and all related services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.
Refrain from using the platform without reading or understanding these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use 365ace services.
1.1 — Definitions
- "Platform" means the 365ace website and all its services.
- "User" or "Member" means any person who operates a registered account on the platform.
- "Betting" means the activity of placing wagers on cricket, football, and other sporting events.
- "Casino Game" means slots, live casino, and other games.
- "Balance" means the amount of money held in a member's account.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 — Age Requirement
365ace services are for persons aged 21 or older only. You must confirm your correct age at the time of registration. Any attempt by a person under 21 to create an account will be immediately cancelled and associated funds may be forfeited.
2.2 — One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person's name, all accounts will be suspended and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled.
2.3 — Accurate Information at Registration
When creating an account, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address accurately. Providing false information may result in account closure.
2.4 — Account Security
It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity conducted from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 — Deposit Rules
The deposit methods currently accepted at 365ace are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. It generally takes a few minutes for a deposit to be credited to the account.
- The correct reference number and personal details must be used when making a deposit.
- Deposits made through a third party or in someone else's name are strictly prohibited.

3.2 — Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the original deposit.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
- Withdrawals may be suspended if there is a discrepancy in bank account details.
3.3 — Transaction Verification
Before each withdrawal, 365ace reserves the right to verify the member's identity. A national identity card or other verifiable documents may be requested for this purpose. This is a security measure in place to protect members' interests.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
Before withdrawing, a turnover of 20 times the total bonus amount must be completed (wagering requirement).
4.2 — General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; once the period ends, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically approved.
- Withdrawing bonus funds along with any profits earned is not possible before the wagering requirements have been met.
- If evidence of violating any bonus terms is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- VIP members will receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier.
4.3 — VIP Program
365ace has three VIP levels. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
VIP level is determined based on a member's regular activity and active participation on the platform. Consistent use of the platform is required to advance to a higher level.
4.4 — Promotion Abuse
If an attempt is made to claim bonus or promotion benefits dishonestly — such as using multiple accounts, providing false information, or using bots — the relevant account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.
Gaming and Betting Policy
5.1 — Gaming Responsibility
365ace is an entertainment platform. Members play games and place bets at their own responsibility. The outcome of any bet is determined entirely by an impartial random number generator (RNG).
5.2 — Betting Limits
Specific minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market, which are shown in the relevant game interface.
5.3 — Bet Cancellation
365ace reserves the right to cancel or change bets in the following circumstances:
- Due to a technical error or system failure.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed.
- If a bet is placed at incorrect odds and the error is obvious.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected.
5.4 — Cricket Betting
Cricket betting includes BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket events. Betting on all events, including Bangladesh Tigers matches, will be governed by the standard rules.
5.5 — Game Fairness
All games on 365ace are tested and fair play is assured. Members' information is kept secure through the use of SSL encryption and protected servers.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Attempting to meet bonus or promotion terms dishonestly.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Playing games using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Attempting to exploit any technical error on the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
- Placing bets on behalf of or in the name of another person.
Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 — Data Collection
365ace stores personal information provided at registration and information about platform usage. Detailed information on how this data is used can be found on our Privacy Policy page.
7.2 — Sharing Data with Third Parties
365ace does not sell members' personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared in the following circumstances:
- To meet legal obligations.
- Information required for payment processing.
- To prevent fraud and ensure security.
7.3 — Data Security
All member data is protected by SSL encryption technology. 365ace maintains the highest standards in protecting members' data as a secure and reliable platform.
Responsible Gaming

8.1 — Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting

Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
9.1 — Limitation of Liability
365ace will not be liable for any member's lost profits, loss of opportunity, or direct and indirect damages. The platform provides services on an "as is" basis and is not responsible for any loss caused by technical failures or third-party failures.
9.2 — Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. An attempt will be made to resolve the matter within 24 hours. Complex matters may take longer, but every complaint is treated seriously.
9.3 — Service Suspension or Changes
365ace reserves the right to suspend or discontinue all or part of its services at any time without notice. In such cases, arrangements will be made to return any valid balance held by members.
9.4 — Changes to Terms
365ace reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. An effort will be made to inform members of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
